By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing an offering, registering for an event, or participating in an Ashes to Infinity experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Ashes to Infinity is the wellness brand through which Nidhi Arora offers wellness, educational, spiritual, and experiential services.

Services may include 9D Breathwork, guided meditation, sound baths, sound-based experiences, chakra-focused energy work, gemstone-based practices, vibroacoustic experiences, stroboscopic light experiences, spiritual education, and other related wellness offerings.

The specific modalities, techniques, and experiences included in a session may vary depending on the service booked.

Services offered through Ashes to Infinity are wellness, educational, spiritual, and experiential in nature.

I am not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, licensed mental health professional, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider when providing Ashes to Infinity services.

Ashes to Infinity services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, mental health treatment, physical therapy, or any other licensed healthcare service.

Experiences may vary between individuals and between sessions. I do not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, or personal outcome from participation in Ashes to Infinity services.

Descriptions of possible experiences or benefits are intended to explain the purpose and nature of the services offered. They do not constitute a promise, representation, warranty, or guarantee of a particular result.

Testimonials, reviews, or descriptions of individual experiences reflect the personal experiences of the individuals providing them. Individual experiences and results may vary.

BREATHWORK AND EXPERIENTIAL MODALITIES

Certain Ashes to Infinity services may involve conscious or connected breathing techniques, immersive audio, binaural audio, rhythmic sound, guided verbal instruction, vibroacoustic frequencies, stroboscopic light, meditation, gemstone-based practices, or energy-focused modalities. These experiences may produce temporary physical or emotional sensations.

Depending on the modality and the individual, sensations may include tingling, lightheadedness, changes in breathing patterns, muscle tension, trembling, temperature changes, emotional expression, altered perception of time, fatigue, or deep relaxation.

 

Participation is voluntary.

 

You may reduce the intensity of your participation, communicate discomfort, or stop participating at any time. You are responsible for remaining attentive to your physical and emotional experience and communicating any unusual, uncomfortable, or concerning symptoms during a session.

HEALTH SCREENING AND INFORMED CONSENT

Certain Ashes to Infinity services require completion of a health screening, participant acknowledgment, informed consent form, or other pre-session documentation before participation.

​

You agree to complete all required forms accurately, honestly, and completely. You are responsible for disclosing any known health condition, medication, pregnancy, injury, neurological condition, cardiovascular condition, psychiatric history, seizure history, photosensitivity, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate in a service.

​

Certain modalities may not be appropriate for individuals with particular medical, neurological, cardiovascular, psychiatric, ophthalmic, or other health conditions.

​

I reserve the right to request additional information, recommend that you obtain medical clearance, modify a session, exclude a particular modality, postpone participation, or decline to provide a service where I reasonably determine that participation may present a safety concern or that a modality may be inappropriate based on the information available to me.

​

Completion of a booking does not guarantee eligibility to participate in every modality. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect your ability to participate safely.

​

9D BREATHWORK

9D Breathwork experiences may involve intentional breathing patterns, connected breathing, immersive audio, frequencies, binaural sound, guided coaching, and other audio-based elements.

​

Participation may produce temporary physical or emotional responses, including tingling, lightheadedness, trembling, changes in body temperature, muscle tension, emotional expression, or changes in perception.

​

Participants may be required to complete a health screening and informed consent process before participating. You agree to follow facilitator instructions, communicate discomfort or concerning symptoms, and modify or discontinue the breathing technique when directed or when you determine that you need to stop.

​

Participation remains voluntary throughout the experience.

​

STROBOSCOPIC LIGHT EXPERIENCES

Certain Ashes to Infinity services may incorporate stroboscopic or flickering light experiences. Stroboscopic light may not be appropriate for individuals with epilepsy, a history of seizures, photosensitive conditions, or certain neurological, ophthalmic, or medical conditions.

You must disclose any known history of seizures, epilepsy, photosensitivity, or related health concerns before participating in a service involving stroboscopic light.

I reserve the right to exclude stroboscopic light from a session or decline participation in that portion of an experience where safety concerns are identified.

​

VIBROACOUSTIC EXPERIENCES

Certain services may incorporate vibroacoustic equipment that delivers sound-based vibration through a mat or other compatible surface.

​

Participants may experience vibration, changes in physical sensation, relaxation, or other subjective physical responses.

​

You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, injuries, implanted medical devices, pregnancy, or other health concerns before participating.

I may modify or exclude vibroacoustic elements where participation may present a safety concern.

​

ENERGY-FOCUSED AND SPIRITUAL SERVICES

Certain Ashes to Infinity services may incorporate chakra-focused practices, gemstone placement, tuning forks, energy-focused techniques, meditation, or spiritual concepts.

These services are offered as wellness, spiritual, and experiential practices.

Energy-focused concepts and spiritual frameworks may reflect traditional, philosophical, or personal wellness perspectives and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses or scientifically established medical treatment.

​

References to energy, chakras, energetic balance, alignment, or similar concepts describe the framework and intention of the service.

​

These services do not replace medical or mental health care.

​

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in all Ashes to Infinity services is voluntary.

​

You retain the ability to communicate discomfort, reduce your level of participation, decline a technique, or discontinue an activity during a session. You are responsible for listening to your body and communicating unusual, uncomfortable, or concerning symptoms.

​

I may provide guidance, instruction, and facilitation during a session. You remain responsible for your personal decisions regarding participation.

​

Participation in certain services may require separate informed consent or participant acknowledgment before the session begins.

​

ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently book and participate in Ashes to Infinity services unless prior approval has been provided.

​

Services for individuals under 18 require prior approval and the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

​

I reserve the right to establish additional age requirements for specific modalities, events, or experiences.

​

BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments and events are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking process has been completed and any required payment has been successfully received. Certain appointments may also require direct confirmation from me before the session is considered fully confirmed.

​

You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, booking, and payment information.

​

I reserve the right to correct pricing errors, scheduling errors, technical errors, or inaccurate service information.

​

If an error materially affects a confirmed booking, I will contact you regarding the available options before the service is provided.

​

PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment may be collected through third-party payment processors or booking platforms.

​

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information.

​

You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method selected by you for the amount displayed and agreed to at the time of purchase.

I do not directly control the processing times, security systems, or independent policies of third-party payment processors.

​

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Your first reschedule is complimentary.

Each additional reschedule will incur a 5% rescheduling fee based on the total service price.

​

Appointments cancelled at least three calendar days before the scheduled appointment date may be cancelled without a cancellation charge.

​

Appointments cancelled less than three calendar days before the scheduled appointment date will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total service price.

​

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

​

Additional terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, missed appointments, and refund processing are contained in the Ashes to Infinity Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.

​

By booking a service, you agree to the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy in effect at the time of your booking.

​

GROUP CLASSES AND EVENTS

Group classes and events may include 9D Breathwork, guided meditation, sound baths, or other wellness experiences.

​

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the facilitator, venue, equipment, and other participants. Disruptive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

​

I reserve the right to remove or decline continued participation by any individual whose conduct interferes with the safety, comfort, privacy, or experience of others.

A participant removed because of inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe conduct may not be eligible for a refund.

​

Group experiences may involve emotional expression or personal responses from other participants. You agree to respect the privacy and dignity of other participants and refrain from sharing personally identifying or sensitive information learned about another participant during a session.

​

LATE ARRIVALS

You are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments, classes, and events. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for a private session.

​

Private sessions may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full service price will continue to apply.

​

For certain group experiences, including breathwork sessions, late entry may be restricted once the session has begun where entering late may disrupt the experience or interfere with safety instructions.

​

If you arrive too late to safely or appropriately participate, admission may be declined.

​

MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND NO-SHOWS

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment or event and do not submit a cancellation or rescheduling request within the applicable notice period, the booking may be considered a no-show.

​

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

​

ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES

You must not attend or participate in Ashes to Infinity services while impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs, or other intoxicating substances.

​

I reserve the right to decline participation where an individual appears impaired or where participation may present a safety concern.

​

Where participation is declined because of apparent intoxication or impairment, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment or no-show.

​

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

You are responsible for your personal belongings during appointments, classes, and events.

​

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

​

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND RECORDING

You may not photograph, audio record, video record, livestream, or otherwise capture a private session, class, event, or another participant without prior permission.

​

I will not use identifiable photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or testimonials of you for promotional or marketing purposes without obtaining appropriate permission.

​

Separate consent may be requested where photography, video, or recording is planned.

​

TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, or feedback, I may request permission to use that content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

​

Where appropriate, permission will be obtained before using personally identifiable content.

​

Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant will have the same experience or outcome.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for Ashes to Infinity, including website copy, written materials, educational materials, exercises, graphics, branding, original service materials, program frameworks, videos, and downloadable resources, is owned by Nidhi Arora or used under appropriate authorization or license.

Your purchase, booking, or participation does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.

Ashes to Infinity content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

If a group class or event is cancelled by me, registered participants will be provided with the applicable rescheduling, credit, or refund options.

FORCE MAJEURE
