I've never done anything like this before. Is that okay?

Absolutely.

Most people who come to Ashes to Infinity are experiencing these modalities for the first time. Every session is fully guided, so there's nothing you need to know beforehand and no previous experience is required.

Simply come with an open mind and allow yourself the space to slow down.

What happens during a 9D Breathwork session?

You'll lie comfortably wearing specialized 9D headphones while being guided through conscious connected breathing and an immersive multi-dimensional audio experience. The combination of breath and sound creates an environment that helps you step away from everyday distractions and become fully present with yourself.

Every session is unique. Some people experience emotional release, some feel deeply relaxed, while others leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

What makes 9D Breathwork different from traditional breathwork?

Traditional breathwork focuses primarily on breathing techniques.

9D Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing with nine carefully engineered layers, including immersive spatial audio, guided coaching, brainwave entrainment, therapeutic frequencies, subliminal messaging, and multi-dimensional sound design. Together, these elements create a deeply immersive experience that engages both the mind and body in a way traditional breathwork does not.

Unlike a live session, the 9D Breathwork platform also gives you access to an extensive library of guided journeys that you can experience from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to build a consistent practice at your own pace.

Interested in continuing your practice between sessions? As an Official 9D Breathwork Facilitator, I can provide you with a special affiliate discount on the 9D Breathwork app and membership. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Is 9D Breathwork safe?

For most healthy individuals, yes.

However, because breathwork can create powerful physical and emotional responses, it isn't appropriate for everyone. Before participating, all clients complete a confidential health screening and informed consent form.

Depending on your medical history, pregnancy status, cardiovascular health, neurological conditions, respiratory conditions, or certain mental health conditions, modifications may be recommended or participation may not be appropriate.

If you're unsure whether 9D Breathwork is right for you, please reach out before booking.

What happens during the Trinity Session?

The Trinity Session is Ashes to Infinity's signature one-on-one immersive experience.

It combines:

  • 9D Breathwork

  • Vibroacoustic Therapy

  • Stroboscopic Light Therapy

These three modalities work together to create a personalized experience designed to help you disconnect from everyday stress, deepen relaxation, and reconnect with yourself.

Every Trinity Session is tailored to your individual needs rather than following a fixed formula.

What is Vibroacoustic Therapy?

Vibroacoustic Therapy allows you to feel sound as well as hear it. Using the Woojer™ Vibroacoustic Mat, low-frequency sound vibrations travel gently throughout the body, creating an immersive experience that complements relaxation, meditation, and breathwork. Rather than simply listening to sound, you experience it physically as therapeutic frequencies travel through the mat, helping create a profound sense of calm, presence, and restoration.

At Ashes to Infinity, Vibroacoustic Therapy is integrated into the Energy Reset and Trinity Session to deepen the overall experience and support a greater sense of relaxation and embodiment. I am an Official Woojer Practitioner and am featured on the Woojer Practitioner Directory, where I am recognized for incorporating Woojer's vibroacoustic technology into my professional practice.

Vibroacoustic Therapy is generally suitable for most healthy individuals. However, it may not be appropriate for people with certain implanted medical devices, acute injuries, severe osteoporosis, recent surgeries, or other medical conditions where vibration may not be advisable. Every client completes a confidential health screening before their session to help determine whether this modality is appropriate and can be used safely.

If you'd like to continue experiencing Vibroacoustic Therapy at home, you can purchase your own Woojer™ Mat using my affiliate link: Click Here

Eligible Woojer purchases may also qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on your individual healthcare plan. Please check with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm eligibility before purchasing.

What is Stroboscopic Light Therapy?

Stroboscopic Light Therapy uses carefully programmed patterns of gentle flickering light viewed through the phone torch with your eyes closed. Combined with immersive audio, these light sequences are designed to create a deeply meditative and immersive inner experience.

This modality is only used as part of the Trinity Session and is always optional.

Because flickering light is not appropriate for everyone, Stroboscopic Light Therapy should not be used by individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, a personal or family history of epilepsy, certain neurological conditions, pregnancy, recent brain injury, or other contraindications identified during health screening. It may also cause headaches, migraines, motion sickness, or dizziness in susceptible individuals. Every client completes a confidential health screening before participating, and this modality can be omitted whenever appropriate.

Do I need to be spiritual to benefit from these sessions?

Ashes to Infinity welcomes people from every background, belief system, and level of experience. While my mentorship work and courses are inspired by timeless vedic wisdom, the other sessions are designed for anyone looking to reduce stress, find greater clarity, reconnect with themselves, or simply create space to slow down.

You don't need any previous spiritual or meditation experience to benefit.

Will I have to talk about my personal life?

Only if you want to.

These sessions are not traditional talk therapy, and there's no expectation that you'll share anything you're uncomfortable discussing. Some people enjoy talking before or after a session, while others simply appreciate having a quiet space to experience the work without needing to explain themselves.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely.

For breathwork and private sessions, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended so you can breathe and rest comfortably throughout the experience.

What should I bring?

Just yourself.

Everything needed for your session—including mats, blankets, eye masks (where applicable), headphones, and all therapeutic equipment—is provided.

Bringing a bottle of water specially for group sessions is always encouraged.

Can I stop or take a break during a session?

Yes.

You remain in control throughout every experience. If at any point you want to slow your breathing, remove your headphones, open your eyes, rest, or pause the session, you're encouraged to do so.

Your experience is never forced, and you're always free to participate at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

How should I prepare before my session?

Try to avoid eating a heavy meal immediately beforehand and arrive well hydrated.

Giving yourself a few quiet minutes before your session begins can also help you settle into the experience. The most important thing you can bring is an open mind and a willingness to simply be present.

Are private sessions different from group sessions?

Yes.

Private sessions are tailored specifically to you and allow for a more personalized experience based on your goals and needs.

Group sessions follow a shared journey while still allowing every participant to have their own unique personal experience.

Both formats offer meaningful benefits, and the best choice depends on what you're looking for.

What if I become emotional during a session?

Emotional responses are a completely normal part of many wellness experiences, particularly during breathwork.

Some people laugh, some cry, some experience a profound sense of peace, and others simply feel deeply relaxed. Every experience is different, and there is no "right" way to respond.

Whatever arises is welcomed without judgment.
