About me

If you had met me a few years ago, this probably isn't where you would have expected to find me.

I built my career in the corporate world, earned my MBA, and spent years doing what many of us are taught to do—work hard, keep moving, build a successful life, and figure everything else out along the way. From the outside, life looked perfectly fine. Yet I found myself asking questions that a promotion, a new goal, or another achievement could never really answer.

My journey into spirituality began with surrender, I acknowledged that there is a higher power that has more control over everything. I returned to the Vedic wisdom I had grown up around and started reading the Bhagavad Gita and exploring Vedanta, meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry with a completely different level of curiosity. These teachings stopped feeling like distant philosophy and began changing the way I understood myself, my patterns, and the stories I had spent years carrying.

That curiosity eventually led me deeper into meditation, breathwork, sound, and immersive wellness practices. I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to simply “switch your mind off” when you are stressed, overwhelmed, or constantly thinking. I also realized that sitting quietly with your thoughts is not always the easiest doorway inward. Sometimes you need the breath. Sometimes you need sound. Sometimes you need an experience that gives you enough space to finally hear yourself.

That is why I created Ashes to Infinity.

The name comes from an idea deeply rooted in my own spiritual journey: when the false burns away, the infinite reveals itself. Beneath the pressure, expectations, roles, fear, and everything we have learned to identify with, there is something deeper. In Vedanta, that infinite essence is Brahman—and the recognition that it is not separate from who we truly are has profoundly shaped both my life and my work.

Today, I bring together the wisdom that transformed my own inner world with the practices I have trained in and personally experienced. My work is for the person who is stressed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, constantly overthinking, or simply feels disconnected from themselves and does not know where to begin.

I do not expect you to arrive with the right words or a perfectly defined reason for being here. I know what it is like to begin with questions.

Sometimes, the first step is simply giving yourself the space to discover what has been waiting underneath all the noise.

The Bhagavad Gita Journal For Daily Life

BG journal cover.jpeg

The Bhagavad Gita has always felt deeply personal to me. What drew me to it was the way its wisdom speaks to the very human experiences we still navigate every day—uncertainty, overthinking, difficult decisions, attachment, fear, purpose, and the search for clarity.

I created The Bhagavad Gita Journal for Daily Life because I wanted to make these teachings easier to reflect on and apply beyond simply reading the text. The journal brings together selected wisdom from the Gita with guided reflections and prompts that invite you to explore your own thoughts, patterns, choices, and experiences.

It is a space to slow down, look inward, and discover how ancient wisdom can offer perspective in modern life. You do not need to be deeply spiritual or familiar with the Bhagavad Gita to begin—only willing to reflect.

My hope is that this journal helps you return to the Gita's teachings in a way that feels personal, practical, and relevant to the life you are living today.
