Cancellation Policy

Private appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Your first reschedule is complimentary and may be made without any additional charge. For every reschedule after the first complimentary reschedule, a 5% rescheduling fee based on the total service price will apply. Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for standard rescheduling and will be handled under the cancellation terms of this Policy. All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. A rescheduled appointment must be booked for an available future date and time offered through Ashes to Infinity. Private appointments cancelled at least three calendar days before the scheduled appointment date may be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Where payment has already been collected, the amount paid will be eligible for a full refund. Private appointments cancelled less than three calendar days before the scheduled appointment date will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total price of the booked service. The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method. For clarity, the applicable cancellation window is determined by the date and time the cancellation request is received.
