The Inner Canvas is an invitation to step away from a life full of noise for an afternoon and create space for yourself.
This intimate half-day experience brings together Yoga Nidra meditation, immersive 9D Breathwork, guided mindful art, a live sound bath and intentional integration in a carefully designed journey from stillness to self-expression.
You don't need to be experienced in meditation.
You don't need to know anything about breathwork.
And you absolutely do not need to consider yourself an artist.
