About the event
STARDUST
Every December, the Geminid meteor shower lights up the night sky, a fleeting display of light, movement, and possibility.
STARDUST is a 60-minute immersive experience inspired by that celestial moment. As the holiday season approaches and life begins to accelerate, this is an invitation to step away from the noise and give yourself an hour to simply pause, breathe, and be present.
9D BREATHWORK
We begin with a brief guided 9D Breathwork journey. This opening practice helps you transition out of the pace of the day and into a deeper, more present state, preparing you for the sound journey that follows.
