HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

December can pull you in every direction. Plans, people, responsibilities, travel, celebrations and everything that comes with the end of the year.

Before you move through another holiday gathering, another to-do list or another busy week, give yourself an hour to pause.

We begin with an immersive 9D Breathwork experience, allowing the guided journey, breath and sound to take you out of the noise of the season and into a deeper, more present state.

Then, settle into a soothing sound bath designed to give you space to rest, absorb the experience and simply be.

Surrounded by candlelight, warmth and the therapeutic healing sounds designed for the season, this is an evening about coming home—to your body, your breath, your quiet and yourself before you go home for the holidays.

Home isn't always a place.
